Information To Gather About You:
- Start with creating your account by downloading our Application & Renovation documents (click here). If you already have an account set up with us, please skip ahead. Copy of your Valid ID & Social Security Card
- Copy of your Entity Docs, i.e., Certificate of Formation & Filing Docs along Corporate Resolution & Articles of Incorporation (if applicable)
- Copy of your most recent 60 days of Asset Statements, i.e., Checking, Savings &/or Retirement Accounts
If applying for Conventional Financing, please include,
- Last 2 years filed IRS tax returns, personal & business, all pages please
- Last 2 years W-2’s and/or 1099’s
- Most recent 30 days worth of pay stubs (if applicable)
Information To Gather About The Property:
- Fully executed Purchase Contract
- Please include Assignment of Contract if applicable
- 3 comparable sales to support the ARV (After Repair Value)
- Interior and Exterior Photos of the property (taken by you)
- Property Plot aka Survey (if available, if not, we will order via Title)
- Home Owners Insurance Contact Information (name, phone & email)
- Lease Agreement (if applicable and only if keeping tenant in place)
If Refinancing, please include,
- Copy of mortgage statement(s) for all subject properties (if applicable)
